NukanTrip is a non-profit program organized by Nukanti Foundation for Children that gives the opportunity for conscience-driven travelers to make a difference in the lives of the most marginalized children while exploring some of the most fascinating places on earth.

NukanTrip promotes responsible tourism and cultural exchange with local communities of each region where the travel takesplace, as well as a direct contribution to a social project for children in that country. Not only you’d have the best travel experience and come back with fond memories traveling to the most remote and beautiful places in the world, you’d also create an enormous change in the life of a child! Before you know it, you’ll be off having an amazing adventure with a great group of people while helping us make a real difference!

NukanTrip provides you with a distint way of traveling with cultural immersions through direct constant interaction with locals in their communities who will teach you about their lifestyle, their food, music, dance and other artistic manisfestations. You will also experience staying in an eco-friendly environment in the heart of the Amazon and participate in a reforestation project, and share with Indigenous populations of the region. Finally, you will help create a community center for women and children in the shantytown of Cazuca, on the outskirts of Bogota and volunteer in various educational workshops while enjoying the joy and happiness that only children can transmit to us!

You will get to know Bogota and spend some time in Cazuca with the children, dance to the various rythms of Colombia such as salsa, cumbia, curulao and reggae, discover wild animals of the Amazon such as pink dolphins and baby jaguars, cruise on the Amazon river and crossover to Peru and Brazil! And much more!

Where Does the Money Go?

Your participation in NukanTrip will assist Nukanti Foundation for Children in bringing a change in the lives of many children in Colombia. Through partnerships with local projects, we work to fight against the violation of children’s rights.All proceeds go directly to the projects for children for we have zero overhead costs!
